NEGOTIATION SKILL

Our forthcoming new course is Negotiation Skill.

What is Negotiation Skill?

Negotiation is an approach to resolving conflicts that can be appropriate where the two parties in dispute are willing and able to meet and communicate with one another directly.

We all engage in negotiations everyday, although this may not be the term we use We negotiate with our partners over arrangements to do with family. We negotiate at work over allocation of tasks, or more formally we might involved in union/management negotiations.

This Course will help you to learn alternative approaches to resolving conflicts, increase your communication skill and confidence.
